My roof leaks, do I need to have it completely replaced?

A roof doesn’t always need to be replaced if it leaks, it may only need repaired. When we make a recommendation for a repair or replacement, we review many factors, but the main two are the number of leaks the roofing system has and the age of the roofing system. If a roof has more than two leaks and is 30 years old or older, we will probably recommend a roof replacement; this could also require repairing or replacing the wood beneath the roof itself. If a roof has one leak and is around 10 years old, we will probably recommend a roof repair.

This is truly the best roofing company I have ever worked with. We were grandfathered into a warranty from the prior owner.
